Step across the threshold of this restored one-room school and see the teacher and scholars in 1910 dress. Relive McGuffy Readers, ciphering, inkwells and pens, lunchtins, outhouses, marbles, roll the hoop, ante over, lye soap, and more in this "hands on" history experience.

Classes are taught to 4th graders in 1910 style. School is in session Weekdays, 9:30 to 1:30, April, May, Mid-September, October, and November. VISITORS WELCOME ANYTIME to see school as it happens!

The school house is also open for viewing: Memorial Day to Labor Day, daily EXCEPT TUESDAYS, 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Self-Guided tours are provided year round with informative posters.
