Spirituals Concert

category : Other Attractions
Historic Drayton Hall is the setting for this evening of African-American spirituals, a rare opportunity to experience music which is rooted in the work songs of West Africa and developed during slavery. Ann Caldwell and the Magnolia Singers will perform both nights. Tickets include an hour-long opening reception on the portico and an hour-long concert held in the historic plantation house. Informal house tours are also available during the opening reception.
