The 8,000 square foot kitchen can serve over 5,000 people in a wide variety of function presentations. Breakout rooms can fit from 10 to 600 people or the exhibit can can be reconfigured to seat 10,000. The Grand Ballroom can be split into five smaller rooms. Even the exterior is unique.
