The BMW Charity Pro-Am at The Cliffs is the only tournament on the Nationwide® PGA Tour where amateurs and celebrities are grouped with Nationwide PGA Tour professionals in a three-day better-ball competition. The tournament has one of the largest purses on the Nationwide Tour with a total purse of $650,000 and a winner's share of $117,000. Amateurs, celebrities and pros rotate between three beautiful Cliffs Community courses - The Cliffs Valley (host course), The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards and The Cliffs at Walnut Cove - with the 14 lowest scoring pro-amateur/pro-celebrity teams advancing to play the final round at The Cliffs Valley. Celebrities play once at each course. Past celebrities include Kevin Costner, Kurt Russell, Catherine Bell, John Elway, Wayne Gretzky, Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player, among many others.
