This Festival is to celebrate West Virginia’s Black heritage, Festival events kick off on Friday with a youth block party sponsored by Fairmont State University. Refreshment, games and entertainment are provided free to all youth.

Clarksburg, WV Other Events18th Annual National Pasta Cookoff. This pre-WV Italian Heritage Festival event is held on the Harrison County Court House Plaza. The Cookoff is open to professional and amateur cooks. There will be entertainment, a hot pepper eating contest, and other activities throughout the day.
