Dinner Theater - Jim Truman - Singer, Songwriter & Comedian A native of Morgantown, Jim incorporated music into his act as a professional comedian in the '80's and launched into the coffeehouse-festival scene in the '90's. Jim has opened for Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld, and Roseanne, as well as Steven Stills, Leon Russell and Doc Watson. He is a versatile guitarist, who plays anything from folk to blues to classic country. His version of the "West Virginia Hills" is currently being used in a multi-media feature about our state on the New York Times webpage. It is also on a CD of WV artists called "The Road Home". His humor is evident in his original songs, including his parody "Squirrels Just Want to Have Fun". Like the squirrels, Jim just wants to have fun! There is a charge for this event and reservations are required. Contact: Hawks Nest State Park 304-658-5212
