The Ninth Annual October Sky Festival in Coalwood, WV, will be Saturday, October 6, 2007, when we will also be celebrating the 50th anniversary of Sputnik. All the Rocket Boys plan to be there as well as special space guests. The festival takes place in Coalwood, West Virginia, the hometown of Homer Hickam, celebrated author of "Rocket Boys" (October Sky movie) and "The Coalwood Way".
