Ingram, Texas

On the north bank of the Guadalupe River, Ingram was founded in 1883 by J.C.W. Ingram who built a store and conducted church services. A "new" section was started in 1936 following a disastrous flood. Ingram is a trade center for the surrounding summer camps for both boys and girls, vacation and retirement homes.
