The Phillipsburg Area Chamber of Commerce will be holding their annual Halloween parade on Sat. Oct. 30, 1:00pm @ the Phillipsburg Community Building. The witch will arrive and take the kids parading around the square to show off their costumes and then go back to the Community Building for their treats. At 3:00, there will be a free movie at the Majestic Theatre for all kids. Agent Cody Bank II.
