Event Details
October 31 always promises a fun and safe Halloween activity for participating children and families. From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. over 60 businesses bring smiles to youngsters with their costumes, treats and tricks. Children receive a free trick or treat bag that they can fill up at participating businesses. In 2001 over 2500 ghosts and goblins trick or treated thanks to Downtown Overland Park Partnership and participating merchants.
