It's a haunting 4th Avenue Halloween! Come join the Fourth Avenue Merchants Association and 4th Avenue Businesses for some Tricks or Treats from 11am-2pm. Dress in your best to enter into our Halloween costume contest! Costume contest awards ceremony will be held at 1pm at Haggerty Plaza. Get your spooks and thrills while Trick-or-Treating the Avenue!
