Event Details

Experience a historical tour of Old Wilkes by candlelight with an excellent storyteller in period costume describing tales of ghostly happenings such as the infamous Tom Dooley that spent time in the Old Wilkes jail, and the Smithey family that still haunts the old Smithey Hotel (now Tory Oak Restaurant).

The Candlelight Ghost Tours are owned and operated by Wilkes Heritage Museum.
