Military Vehicle Show and Swap Meet Celebrating American Freedom.
There will be over 150 vehicles/food vendors/Flyovers/Military Reenactions/Military Vehicle SwapMeet.
Friday:
Noon — Gates open, raise colors
5:30 p.m. — Barbecue chicken dinner 6 p.m. — Color Guard retires colors.
Saturday:
7 a.m. — Gates open.
7:30 a.m. — Breakfast at Fairgrounds Building D.
8:30 a.m. — Breakfast recognition program, awards for Hancock County Veteran of the Year and Soldier of the Year
10 a.m. — Parade lineup at south end of Midway
10:15 a.m. — Parade begins.
10:30 a.m. — Opening ceremony
11 a.m. — Marlboro live fire demonstration; reenactor demonstration at south end of fairgrounds
11:30 a.m. — Revolutionary War reenactors at north end
12:30 p.m. — Marlboro live fire demonstration
1:30 p.m. — Genoa Band performs in Midway
2 p.m. — Reenactor demonstration at south end
3:30 p.m. — Pass and Review Parade, awarding of dash plates
6 p.m. — Color Guard retires colors
10 p.m. — Gates close
Sunday:
7 a.m. — Gates open, Color Guard raises colors.
3 p.m. — Color Guard retires colors, event closes
Gates will open at noon Friday.
Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children ages 6 to 17, and free for those under age 6. Parking is free.
