Money raised at the event is used for local projects, such as purchasing glasses for people who cannot afford them and helping with youth organizations.
This year's entertainment will include bands from last year's event, such as the Buckeye Travelers and Elvis Presley Tribute artist Dwight Icenhower. The Palmer Boys will also be performing Oct. 7. Pageants are being held on Sunday.
