Lookin' for a little fun and excitement on a February winter day? Not only is Hill City's Tour de Chocolate that day it's also the Polar Bear Chili Cook-off and Minnow Races event, coordinated by the Tin City Masonic Lodge! Tasting fee is $5.00/$20.00 per family.
