Each set of barges will make one lap around the River Walk. Barges are not guranteed to stop in any particular place. You will see the boats from the patios of any river walk restaurant or Rivercenter Mall. Barges will load and unload at The Chamber of Commerce (river level). This is an official FIESTA event.
