Join refuge volunteer Greg Simard for an informative stroll along a managed woodcock habitat area at the refuge. Woodcock arrive at the refuge in mid March and soon thereafter woodcock begin courtship displays over their singing grounds. Take this opportunity to learn about natural history and habitat requirements of the woodcock and possibly observe its unusual courtship display. Wear warm clothing, sturdy footwear and bring a flashlight along. Meet at parking area, opposite Stephen J. Young Marsh, on Tabor Road. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. LIMITED TO 15 PEOPLE. 6:30pm - 8:30pm
