Event Details
Vermont's largest agricultural fair features livestock events, motorsports, thrilling midway rides, circus shows, racing pigs, live music on two stages, magic shows, Children's Barnyard activities, a maple sugar house, milking parlor, exhibits, 4-H workshops, demonstrations, contests and plenty of tasty carnival eats.
Daily highlights:
* Tuesday - Gymkhana (5pm), Dan Lapointe - Glorybound Country Gospel (7pm)
* Wednesday - Ox Pulling (9:30am), Demolition Derby (7pm), Third Shift Band (7:30pm)
* Thursday - ACFFD Open Horse Show (8am), Pony Pulling (10:30am), Rehab Roadhouse (8pm)
* Friday - Draft Horse Show (9:30am), Truck & Tractor Pulls (6pm, 7pm), Blues and Beyond Band (7pm)
* Saturday - Open Dairy Show (9am), Rust and Ruin (7pm), Fireworks (9:15pm)
Fair admission: $15; $5 for ages 6-11; free for kids 5 & younger. See the website for Senior Day details and season passes.
Unlimited ride wristbands are $25 on site or 4/$75 in advance at DreamlandAmusements.com.
The fairgrounds open at 8:30am Tuesday - Wednesday, 8am Thursday, and 9am Friday - Saturday. Midway hours are noon-11pm.
The fair is presented by the nonprofit Addison County Fair and Field Days, Inc.
