Mid-February begins the season of love. Owl couples build their nests. Fox and Coyote woo their mates. How about you?
We will provide the essential ingredients - chocolate, moonlight, poetry, adventure - the rest is up to you. Enjoy a snowshoe expedition in the moonlit woods while capturing literary and scientific nuggets on the nature of natural love. Warm up by the woodstove with Burdick's hot chocolate. This may be called the Hunger Moon, we propose changing the name to the Chocolate Moon.
