24 Kiwanis Litchfield Park 10K, 5K, 1 Mile Run/Walk - This annual competition is a flat street course lined with beautiful palm trees in historic Litchfield Park, Arizona. The race begins and ends in front of the Litchfield Park Recreation Center.

There will be three competitive races - the 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile. The top 3 male and female finishers in each age group will receive medals. The overall male and female winners in the 10K, 5K and 1 Mile competitive runs will receive special recognition plaques. Ribbons will be awarded to all participants in non-competitive 1 mile fun run/walk designed to encourage families to get out and be active together.

An official race t-shirt and one raffle ticket for prize giveaways will be provided to each pre-registered race participant. Walk up registrants will be provided race t-shirts and sizes based on availability at the time of their registration. Food and drinks may be available. There will be post-race awards ceremonies.

The entry fee for the 10K, 5K and 1 Mile competitive races is $20. The non-competitive fun run entry fee is $10. *Prices increase by $5 after 2/5 and $10 after 2/24.

Early check-in is available on Friday from 5-7pm at the Litchfield Park Rec Center. Participants will receive their t-shirts, bibs and raffle tickets when they check in. Race day check-in opens at 6:30am. Walk up registrations will be accept on both days.

4 - 5 Annual Friends of the Rec. Golf Tournament - There will be a 7 a.m. Shotgun Start. There will be approximately 12 on course competitions for both men and women. Immediately following the tournament there will be an awards luncheon at the Wigwam with a hosted keg bar and over 100 prizes given out. There are sponsorship opportunities available.

July

4 4th of July - Splash Bash at the Litchfield Rec. Center from 10 a.m. to 5 P.m. Fun for the entire family! Swimming, food, games and music.

Join us at The Wigwam in Litchfield Park for the 4th of July Great American Carnival from 6:30 to 8:30pm with the Red, White & BOOM fireworks to follow between 8:45 and 9pm. Enjoy a variety of carnival games, a water slide and a rock wall. Admission to games is by ticket(s) and each ticket is $1. Each carnival game admission is one ticket with the water slide admission of three tickets. Food sale items include hot dogs for $6 and hamburgers for $8. 28 Oktoberfest at Wigwam Resort - Eins, zwei, drei! Who is ready for a good time? Celebrate Oktoberfest at The Wigwam, in partnership with the City of Litchfield Park, with live music, lawn games, German-inspired cuisine and, of course, beer! Prost!

General admission tickets include admission to the event, entertainment and a commemorative Oktoberfest drinking glass. Tickets are sold individually for $15 per person plus taxes and fees.

VIP Admission

VIP tickets include a guaranteed table, family-style serving of our German-inspired dishes, a commemorative beer glass, and one complimentary beer per person! Additional food & drinks are not included in the ticket price. VIP tickets are sold by table and do not require the purchase of a General Admission ticket. If purchasing a VIP ticket, please choose the table size that is the same size as your group or larger.

21+ only event. ID check will be required upon entry.

Discounted tickets to purchase food and drinks can be purchased here before the event. Food & drinks are not included in the General Admission ticket. Tickets are worth $2 each and will be accepted at Wigwam food and beverage booths at the event. Cash and card will not be accepted at Wigwam food and beverage booths. Kinderfest

Want to enjoy a fun adults-only night out at Oktoberfest? Register your child/children for Kinderfest! $20 per child ($15 per additional child) includes fun Oktoberfest-themed games & activities, a pizza dinner, and a movie! Children must be 3 and up and fully potty-trained to attend. Kinderfest takes place at the Litchfield Elementary School cafeteria (located at 255 East Wigwam Boulevard, directly across the street from The Wigwam) from 5:30pm-9:30pm.m.

7 - 8 Christmas In The Park - This fun packed family event, the second Saturday in December each year, starts at 9 a.m. with arts and craft booths display and at 10:00 a. m. our annual parade down Old Litchfield Road, with marching bands, drill teams, vintage automobiles, floats and of course Santa Claus. There are over 60 arts and craft vendors, live entertainment throughout the day, bouncers, visit with Santa, make and take tables, face painting of course SNOW for the kids to play in. Evening festivities include a great BBQ from Texas Roadhouse, a DJ with a street dance, live entertainment, and trolley rides. Don't miss out on the festivities! From 9 a. m.to 4 p. m.

Holiday Market
Vendors will be selling their wares on the Library Lawn for 2 days this year! Come out on Saturday & Sunday, December 11th and 12th, from 9am - 5pm to purchase gift giving items and affordable art. Food vendors will also be onsite.
