3 Yardbirds @ Space Evanston, Illinois - Tickets On Sale Now! The Yardbirds live in concert at SPACE in Evaston, Illinois. By now, everyone knows The Yardbirds legend, if not their music; the band graduated three of the great Ph.D.s of rock guitar: Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, and Jimmy Page. They created hard rock out of standard twelve-bar blues, doubling the tempos and whacking the amps up to ten. Yes, The Yardbirds laid the groundwork for rock guitar as we know it. Yardbirds hits include “For Your Love,” “ Over Under Sideways Down,”, “Heart Full of Soul”, "Shapes Of Things", "Dazed And Confused" & "Train Kept A Rollin" . The Yardbirds line-up includes founding member Jim McCarty (drums, songwriter, producer, vocals), Ben King (guitar), Andy Mitchell (lead vocals, guitar, harp & bongos), and Dave Smale (bass/vocals). This is an outragous band!
