- Missouri Ozarks Community Action (MOCA) is having our Annual Health Fair. We in the MOCA Health and Wellness Department have always strived to motivate and educate the surrounding areas to make a healthier and safer Missouri, and that's just what this event is all about. The Health Fair is free to the public. There will be tons of vendors who's goal is to inform our communities on how be safer and healthier.
