Throughout the evening, you will be entertained by local and regional musical artists. At 9:30 PM, enjoy a spectacular fireworks display! Also, enjoy vendor booths full of crafts, nick-knacks and food! Kid's will be entertained with bouncy houses and fun games! It's a great day for the whole family! 29 - 1 Meramec Music Christmas Shows - Great family fun!! Join us for a winter wonderland and all that Christmas joy!! The Meramecs. Call for information.
Christmas in Steelville weekend with all kinds of activities for everyone! Tonight features the Christmas Prince & Princess Pageant at 6:30 p.m. at the Meramec Music Theatre. That will be followed by the Miss Steelville Teen and Junior Miss Steelville Pageant at 8 p.m. Admission is $5.
On Saturday, a Christmas Bazaar will be held at Steelville Middle School beginning at 8 a.m. The Steelville Country Club Kid's Christmas is at 1 p.m., Business Open Houses will be from 1 to 5 p.m., Christmas activities, including a special tree-lighting ceremony, and a performance by the SHS Choir, will begin next to City Hall at 5 p.m., and the drive-through Christmas display at the community park will be open from 6 to 8 p.m. The Oak Ridge Boys Christmas Show is at 7 p.m. at the Meramec Music Theatre.
Sunday will include a book signing with Rebecca Jaycox at the Lange General Store from noon to 2 p.m., and Steelville middle and high school winter concerts at the high school at 2 and 3 p.m.
Monday evening will conclude the weekend's events with the Family Christmas Movie Night at the middle school. The feature presentation is "Home Alone" and the showing will begin at 6 p.m. Santa Claus will visit with kids after the movie.
