Memorial Work Weekend
- Skyview Ranch exists to serve thousands of people every year. Sometimes though, it needs some help to get things ready for summer camp. On Memorial Weekend, Skyview Ranch opens its doors to anyone who wants to come and help out at the Ranch. Jobs include new building and remodeling projects, camp beautification and chopping wood, to name a few. Whether you are skilled in plumbing, wiring or carpentry, or you are great at handling a rake, we can use anyone. And at the Ranch, we never work hard unless we can play hard. We'll open up our high ropes elements, our lake activities, horseback riding and the pool, all as a way of saying thank you for helping. Meals will also be provided. Holmes County Rails to Trails Benefit Auction & Road Apple 5-K
- The Holmes County Rails to Trails Benefit Auction and Road Apple 5K is a fun-filled day full of activities for the family. Bring your horses, bikes, rollerblades, walking stick or pets for a stroll down the new portion of the Holmes County trail from Millersburg to Killbuck or ride the entire 14.75 mile trail from Fredericksburg to Killbuck. If you just want to visit the area, spend the day at the at the benefit auction hosted by Amish families who rely on the trail for safe transportation. Holmes Counties' finest crafts, authentic quilts, furniture, baked goods, homemade ice cream, and chicken BBQ are part of the day's events, along with some good old home town hospitality. All the funds raised for the event go towards the coninued development of the 29-mile Rail-Trail in Holmes County and is a volunteer based event. You won't want to miss the Holmes County Rails to Trails Benefit Auction and Road Apple 5K. See you on the Trail!Local bed and breakfast lodging available for the weekend. - Antiques in the Alley is a outdoor antique and collectible show thru the Historic Village of Millersburg Ohio.
