Cardinal Fitness Community Health Fair
- Cardinal Fitness of Huber Heights has announced its free health fair will take place on Saturday from 9am - 3pm. Everyone is encouraged to attend and meet local vendors, who will be providing tips on healthy living, wellness and self care. Raffles will be held every 30 minutes with prizes awarded every time! The health club is located at 7355 Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights. A variety of organizations will be onsite, including: · Fox's - providing free lunch with healthy food options · Cardinal Fitness Personal Training Staff - performing body fat testing and core training clinics. · Heights Wellness Center - relaxing guests with complimentary chair massages · Heights Chiropractic - providing a free course in spinal hygiene · Primed Physicians - providing blood pressure screenings · Aegis Martial Arts - providing demonstrations in balance and flexibility training About Cardinal Fitness As one of the fastest growing health clubs in the Midwest, Cardinal Fitness has over forty participating locations in several states.
