- The scenic Black Hills of South Dakota play host to the Black Hills Corvette Classic, the longest running Corvette event in the nation with over 40 events spread out over 9 days! Each year over 400 Corvettes embark on the pilgrimage to join the party that is the Black Hills Corvette Classic. Starting on the eastern side of the state in Sioux Falls, SD, the party starts and then caravans 400 miles west to Spearfish, SD. - Black Hills State University’s annual Swarm Week will kick off Monday and run through Saturday. Events will be held throughout the week and include a Dodgeball Tournament, the hike to the H, coronation, and a disc golf tournament. The Saturday parade theme is “Operation: Swarm Days." We encourage you to design your parade entry with a military theme, as a show of support to the deployed 842nd National Guard Unit. Submit your parade entry form today!
