Terrell Fly-In, Bike & Car show
- The Terrell Fly-In, bike & Car Show is a joint event to help raise money for the #1 British flying training School museum that was set up during WW II to train British Pilots to fly in a safe environment. Both Bike and Car categories will have 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place awards. will have signs posted on Hwy 34 to give directions on where to park your Bike or Car to enter the event. The Admission price is the entrance fee for both the Bike and Car show as well as the Fly-In. Flights of our Fathers Fly-In
- The BFTS Flights of Our Fathers Fly-In is a salute to veterans of all service branches. We take our hats off and recognize the honor and valor of the fallen, and among them we specially recognize the six young men from Terrell who gave their lives for our Country. A flag raising ceremony at 7:15 a.m. kicks off the event, followed by an assortment of activities that last throughout the day, including a pancake breakfast, an amazing display of vintage and new aircraft (including a MI-24 Hind helicopter), F-16 flight simulator, BBQ cook-off (benefitting Relay for Life), demonstrations by the Texas Heatwave Aerobatic Team, hot air balloon tethered rides (weather permitting), food court, and tours of the BFTS Museum.
