18 - 21 Winter Dew Tour Toyota Championship - The Winter Dew Tour will be returning to Mt. Snow for the second consecutive year for the Toyota Championship at the Mt Snow Ski Resort. The event is the last of three stops, featuring competitions with the best snowboard and freeski athletes in the world in both slopestyle and superpipe disciplines. In addition to the contests, the Toyota Championship will feature a live musical performance by Alberta Cross on Friday, the Dew Cup Awards Ceremony Saturday, and a daily Festival Village with interactive events, athlete autograph signings, games and giveaways. Sunday will host finals for the Gatorade Free Flow Tour , the official amateur series of the Winter Dew Tour. This is a free event with the purchase of a lift ticket. 15 - 17 The Art of Sauces Cooking Workshop - We will start with the fundamentals of stocks, wines, oils and vinegars and work with these ingredients to add nuance and complexities to everyday dishes.
We will start with vinaigrettes, butter sauces, hollandaise and mayonnaise and move up to the more complex meat and fish sauces we are famous for.

19 - 23 The Magic & History of Jazz - Beginning in New Orleans, and jazz in Chicago, Kansas City and New York.

23 - 26 NORBA Nationals Stop 3 - Riders, factory teams, and vendors descend upon Mount Snow and the Valley for 4 days of mountain bike heaven.
