21 - 26 Annual Town and Country Days - Mark your calendar for August 10th through August 15 and plan to attend one of the best county fairs that you will experience. The week is filled with entertainment, track events, carnival rides, food, camping livestock and exhibits. Town and Country Days is an active member of the West Virginia Association of Fairs and Festivals. We take great pride in putting on one of the most talked about events in the area.

Town & Country Days is an annual event.
Events include:
Horsepull, Queen Pageant, Demolition Derby, Arts & Crafts, Commercial Exhibits, Local and Nashville Live Entertainment, Livestock, Talent Show and all that goes with your usual county fair.
Admission Fee: $7.00 Daily <

Wetzel County Fair Grounds, route 7, 2 miles east of New Martinsville.
From 12-4pm. Bring 5 plants or more. This is a good time to split your perennials.
Also swapping water plants, trees, shrubs, yard art and gardening books.
