23OK0105006e001 - Idabel Dogwood Days - Dogwood Days is a springtime festival celebrating the beautiful blooms of the thousands of Dogwood Trees in the Idabel area. This festival is held the first Saturday in April. The weekend festivities include a 5k Run/Walk, Volleyball Tournament, Easter Eggstravaganza, Barbecue Cook-off, retail sidewalk sales, food vendors, craft vendors, children's games, Dance Contest, Country Showdown, RV and Boat Show. 21 Annual FallFest - Fall brings falling leaves, football and fabulous festivals to Idabel. The annual Idabel, Oklahoma Fall Festival, always held the first Saturday in October, includes a variety of food vendors, children's activities and live entertainment. Enjoy this fun-filled family festival that includes food, arts and crafts, kids' games and more. Admission is free and so is the fun.

22OK0105006e009 - Idabel City of Lights Christmas Parade - The Idabel "City of Lights" Christmas Parade, one of the most beautiful and well-attended in the region, "kicks off" the Holiday Season in Idabel and McCurtain County, Oklahoma. Approximately 25,000 citizens and visitors will be on hand to watch the parade. 7:00 p.m.

Over 100 entries are expected to participate which will include bands from local and area schools, decorated floats by businesses, churches, schools and civic clubs, pageant winners riding in decorated vehicles, and horseback riders. Of course, Santa's first official visit to Idabel will take place as he arrives on a Fire Truck provided by the Idabel Fire Department.
