17 - 19 Sweetapple Farm - Fall is in full swing, and there is no better place to enjoy the full bounty of the season than at Sweetapple Farm in Vincent, Ohio. 14 - 5 1840 Fall Lock Tours - The Muskingum River, home to America's last complete hand operated lock system, offers a step back into river history. During the tour, the Valley Gem travels up the river to lock #2(Devol's Dam), locks through and returns.

6 - 8 Ghost Tours of The Castle - The Castle conducts lantern-lit, Halloween ghost tours. Gremlins, ghosts, and ghoulish apparitions fill the rooms and hallways of The Castle with mischief. Come, share the apprehension and the stories of unexplained happenings within The Castle walls. The true stories, collected from people involved in The Castle, range from the mid 1800s up to present time.



Size of tour groups will be limited to ensure a thrilling time for everyone. (A clove of garlic in your pocket might be a good idea.)



Tours will be scheduled every half hour until 9:00. The trembling tour takes about one hour. Reservations are required.
