Dawn Klingensmith grew up as a self-taught traditional fine artist learning as much as she could from various sources along the way. Such sources where school art classes, community art classes, library books, Internet research, and from networking with other disciplined, diverse artists. She even competed in various art competitions held through the elementary and high school levels.
