Located 10 miles north of Medicine Lodge, Kansas in the unique Gyp Hills of southern Kansas (Barber County). A new facility we offer a comfortable and peaceful experience to the traveler. Our motto: We specialize in Sunrise, Sunsets, and serenity. Just 3 & 1/2 miles off of US 281 hiway between Pratt and Medicine Lodge. Wonderful views of a ranch region with a lot of history. Real cowboys and ranches. In the heart of the famous unit 16 deer hunting area.

The breakfast you receive is a good old fashion stick to your ribs meal. We are handicap accessible. There is a private bath with each room. We are small so you have lots of privacy. One room with King size bed (Cowboy room), one with queen size bed (Sportsman Room). Our extra room in the walkout of the ranch house has 2 Queen size beds. Computer friendly and sat. TV.

Tour the area attractions, read a book, write a song, bring your instruments and the coyotes will sing along. Photography extraodinaire, in the heart of the central flyway, birdwatching, wildflowers, abundant wildlife, and friendly people.
