A renovated brick building built in 1867 as a livery stable is now the place to party in Erie. Larry and Linda Weidert have refurbished the outside and the inside of the building adding a kitchen and bathrooms for rental for parties, meetings and reunions. Seating for at least 75 persons is available and it is always fully decorated for the holiday or season of the year. Silhouettes of a jazz band and a doo-dah band lining one of the 50 foot walls add to the ambiance of the building.
