All rentals are located in the picturesque Great Smoky Mountains where elevations range from 3,000 feet to 4,500 feet, providing a cool climate and lush mountain foliage. All units are fully furnished and equipped with TV, telephone, washer, dryer, linens, pots and pans, and dishes. Rentals are for a minimum of one week. All rentals are subject to a 10% sales tax if less than 3 months in duration. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law. Number of people includes children.
