Concord Mold Testing offers the entire area third party mold inspections for certified inspectors. Each of our clients receives not only a thorough visual inspection with moisture detection tools but also an inside vs outside air test with the option for additional air / surface sampling to determine species and quantity of mold present. Clients that do have elevated conditions are also give a detailed report with recommendations for the fix.
