The firm of Sturm & Potel is dedicated to performing skilled mediation and negotiations on behalf of our clients. We are committed to representing every one of our clients with utmost professionalism. This allows our clients to be assured that as a third party representative we will always hold the value of our client's business relationships in high regard. With more than 30 years of international freight forwarding experience we can effectively discern the complexities associated with mediating international freight bill disputes. Our goal is to identify the cause of the dispute and resolve it to the satisfaction of both parties. Thus, not alienating either party and maintaining opportunity for future ongoing business. Our experience has taught us that most often there is a prevailing intention to arrive at a mutually acceptable resolution to the dispute and in most cases as originally invoiced. That is the reason for our positive approach in each contact made representing our clients. We are confident that an acceptable resolution is attainable in most cases.

Our intention is always first and foremost to avoid litigation. Unfortunately, that is not always avoidable. Therefore, we associate with a national network of law firms experienced in the legal remedies available in those cases that offer no other alternative.

Timely communication with our clients is a cornerstone of our business model. We will communicate with our clients with monthly updates and immediately whenever a settlement is offered.
