A Better Youth Foundation mission is to show children through Christ that all things are possible, by providing after-school and summer programs that develops spiritual awareness, educational study habits, health/fitness standards and mentoring youth that have been abused or neglected. Revitalize low and/or moderate communities by creating jobs for low-income residents. Our Vision is to start a high quality computer based ABYF Early Head Start program to help children do better in school and by doing so enabling them to achieve stability in adulthood by making them more employable linking higher education to pay scale.

Jackson County Courthouse

The Jackson County Courthouse was built in 1910 of native granite. A noticeable feature of the structure is the artful contrast of the red granite foundation, and most remarkable is the size of the granite blocks which undoubtedly has given the structure its stability throughout the years.
