No phones. Includes laundry room with extra freezer storage. Lots of parking and a large front & back yard. The lake house is fully furnished and supplied with towels & linens. Water, sanitation services, & mowing are included in the monthly price. Electric usage is billed by the kilowatt hour monthly.
