30-40 Chili Cooks from 6 surrounding states compete for $1000 first place prize for the best green chili.

Begins at 7:30pm both nights.
Ringside seats are $21.00 and general admission is $13.50 for adults and $5.00 for kids in advance. Day of show general admission tickets go up $2.00 each.
