The route includes world-famous civil rights sites, ante- and post-bellum homes and businesses, and Old Live Oak Cemetery's Civil War graves. Ask for the Walk Box, register and take the written directions with you.

23 - 25 Annual Historic Selma Pilgrimage & Antique Sale - Spring's beautiful flowers and Belles in hoop skirts serve as a backdrop for the Selma-Dallas County Historic Preservation Society's "Annual Pilgrimage and Antique Show." This event offers tours of historic homes, an antique show and sale, a church tour, a twilight living history tour at Old Live Oak cemetery and an antique car show.
