Annual Flat as a Pancake 5K
- Join the residents of Wynne & Cross County for a 5K race through historical downtown Wynne and surrounding residential tree-lined streets. 8:00 AM. Afterward, join the local Veterans as they cook and serve a southern pancake breakfast complete with sausage & beverage as you attend the Trophy Ceremony. Registration fee includes Pancake Breakfast, T-shirt & Trophies for winners. KIDDIE FUN RUN - Everyone's a winner. Short distance. All participants win a beautiful medal. Mighty Mite Triathlon
- The MightyMite Triathlon was recently recognized as one of the Top 50 races in North America by the readers of Inside Triathlon magazine. Spectators are invited to watch this exciting event as hundreds of athletes compete in this multisport race. The race will begin at the Lake Dunn swim beach when the swimmers hit the water at 8 a.m. and swim to the launch area. From there they will ride their bikes out of the park to Forrest City where the foot race begins.
