- Macon and Middle Georgia - come out to the Ocmulgee National Monument from 9 am to 11 am for Charity Benevolent Fund Fitness, Health & Wellness 5K & Helth Fair. The Medical Center of Central Georgia will be presenting a health fair which includes: The Georgia Heart Center who will do fingerstick Cholesterol and Glucose Screenings.
