Cruisin' for Camp Courageous
- Cruisin' for Camp Couragous is one of Iowa’s largest charity car shows. Presented by the Cedar Valley Street Rods, this annual event attracts hundreds of cars from across the country.  The event opens to the general public at 10:00 AM and runs to 4:00 PM. The afternoon activities will include a huge silent and live auction, kids games and activities, food, music, and much more! Iowa's Bicycle Ride
- Annual bicycle ride and festivities. Ride to charming small towns in the great state of Iowa. Eat at locally owned restaurants and pubs, church banquet halls, American Legions and VFWs. Stop at food booths supporting the local school boosters, the Knights of Columbus, Lions and other local civic organizations. IOWA’S RIDE will make a difference in the communities that are visited! Iowa’s Ride route travels through Dubuque, Monticello, Vinton, Eldora, Clarion, Emmetsburg, Sheldon, and ends in Rock Rapids. The towns will have one main campground for primitive camping at no cost to set up your tents or park your RV. We will provide a complimentary baggage truck to throw a bag on each morning that will be moved to the next town. You will have the ability to buy a shower from a high school, the city pool or a shower truck. There will be a few bike mechanics on the route to help repair bikes and sell you parts you might need.
