- Ellinwood will transform into an authentic German holiday village brimming with traditional Christmas activities at the Annual Christkindlmarket. The celebration will begin at 1 p.m. with local merchants and a variety of vendors and concessions along Main Street for holiday shopping. The Ellinwood Historical Society will be at the Heritage Senior Center with a German Backerei (bakery) selling a variety of homemade candies and cookies by the pound.
