Logan Labor Day Celebration
- Every Labor Day Sunday, the fireworks flare and the fun flows at the Logan Golf Course. The fireworks display is accompanied by the upbeat entertainment of such musical groups as the University of Kansas Jazz Ensemble. It's a patriotic, family fun filled day. Volleyball tournament, remote control fly‑in, pedal pull, mounted drill team horse rides, car show, fireworks, live musical entertainment, food booths, snow cones, slide, climbing wall, bb gun and archery ranges. Arts and Crafts Annually
- Third Saturday - on the third Saturday of September over 100 artists and craftsmen from five states fill the Plaza lawn for the arts and crafts fair which began in 1973. A variety of performers thrill the crowd with an exhilarating array of intertwinement. There are children's activities and a choice of festival foods throughout the day.
