Rosedale 150th Anniversary Exhibit
- March 12 - May 31st. The Wyandotte County Museum is celebrating 150 years of Rosedale History with a new exhibit. Incorporated in 1872, Rosedale was an independent city until it was consolidated into Kansas City, Kansas in 1922. Despite 100 years of being part of KCK, Rosedale has retained its unique community identity and the museum is proud to partner with the Rosedale Development Association to celebrate its unique history. From the city's founding through recent years, this exhibit will highlight major developments in the community's history, along with key people, places, and businesses. This exhibit will be on display at the Wyandotte County Museum from March 12-May 31st. It will then be displayed at the Rosedale Development Association, dates to announced. Tractor Cruise
- Tractor enthusiasts will gather to drive a scenic 35 mile loop around Wyandotte County and raise funds for the Ag Hall of Fame. The Cruise starts at the Ag Hall, and heads to downtown Bonner Springs to join the Marble Day Parade. With a spin around Lakeside Speedway and stops at Cabelas, Nuts & Bolts Hardware and Wyandotte County Park, this scenic drive will be one to remember. Parade routes available to spectators. Tractor Daze & Touch-a-Truck Swap Meet & Mud Run
- The rumble - rumble of an antique tractor kicks off a day full of family fun that doesn't end until the vroom – vroom of the last Mud Run competitor. From 9:00 am until 4:00 pm enjoy a Tractor Show, Swap Meet, Garden Tractor Pull, Trucks of all shapes and sizes, Working Antique Construction Equipment, Kiddie Pedal Pull, Ride a Miniature Train, Shriner’s Fire Wagon, and Hay Wagon, Enjoy Ag Fest which includes Milking Demonstrations, Farming Demonstrations, Petting Zoo, Soil Tunnel Trailer, Blacksmith, Living History and more! Tiblow Days Celebration
- The Annual Tiblow Days Festival has occurred for over 35 years in downtown Bonner Springs. Activities include many events including a sanctioned BBQ competition, Tiblow Trot 5-K, Community Pinewood Derby, carnival, craft booths, food and commercial vendors, a parade, a car show, and live music in downtown Bonner Springs. The carnival and craft booths are open Thursday and Friday evenings and all day Saturday. Saturday's features are the parade at 9:30 a.m., the car show at 10:00 a.m., and live music beginning at noon. Join your friends and neighbors for a full weekend of festivities! Annual International Lineman's Rodeo
- The Linemans Rodeo attracts the best linemen from around the world to compete in events based on traditional lineman tasks and skills. The first Linemans Rodeo was held in September 1984, with twelve participating teams from Kansas and Missouri. The Rodeo has grown to over 200 teams and 250 apprentices.
