12 Coffeyville Summer Celebration - Coffeyville Summer Celebration has filled the day, starting with a free car show no entry fee starts at 9 ends at 3, 22 classes for trucks and cars three places each class. A card board car contest for the kids, Cruise poker run inside city limits after show. Music show starts at 6pm, and ending with one fantastic firework show. Food and vendors.

10 - 16KS0611004e006 - Coffeyville Coffeyville Inter-State Fair & Rodeo - Coffeyville's Inter-State Fair & Rodeo is the largest event of its kind in Southeast Kansas. It features top name country music concerts, a demolition derby, carnival, and three nights of PRCA rodeo in addition to a wide variety of livestock and fair exhibits, commercial exhibits, food and many other activities.

4 - 6 KAN-OKLA 100 Mile Highway Sale - Come explore!! The sale route is well over 100 miles long. It will be packed with city wide yard sales, two 40 acre flea markets, indoor flea markets, and many individual sales, all offering you a little bit of everything. 3 - 4 Dalton Defender Days - This year's festival will feature the famous Dalton Raid reenactments, Heart of the Heartland Train rides, chili cook-off and salsa competition, food vendors, kid's games and activities, shotgun weddings, arts and crafts, the OK Car Club car show, team roping and Cowboy Trade Days at the fairgrounds.

Dalton Defenders Days celebrates that fateful day of October 5, 1892 when the Dalton Gang was defeated in Coffeyville Kansas. The Dalton Gang attempted to rob two banks in Coffeyville and all but one of them was shot and killed. We celebrate the four towns people who gave their lives defending Coffeyville.

Located in the Perkins Building, the Condon Bank was one of the two banks robbed during the Dalton Raid in 1892. Today this building has been restored and is listed as a National Historical Landmark.
