WPGC Bike Fest BIKE Show MIROCK
- The MIROCK Superbike Series is the nations strongest all motorcycle drag racing series. The MIROCK Series attracts the bulk of its racers from the east coast, yet still draws a large amount of racers from the north, south, and west. The events host a total of 9 classes with a racer count of 450-500 racers in competition at each event. MIROCK events also host many lifestyle activities throughout the season such as: Bike Shows, Bikini Contests, Stunt Bike Competitions, and Live Bands to draw in even more fans at their events. Some events have seen crowds as large as 7,000 plus motorcycle fans at a single event. The MIROCK Series consists of 8 events in 2012 at Maryland International Raceway and Rockingham Dragway. Both tracks are IHRA National Event facilities and have two of the fastest racing surfaces of anywhere in the country. The racer count and spectator attendance at MIROCK has increased every single year since the series was started in 2003 and has a very promising future. The 2012 MIROCK class line-up is as follows: Pro Mod, Pro Street, Real Street, Top Sportsman, Crazy 8’s, 5.60 Index, Pro E.T., Street E.T., and Grudge. These racers will battle it out for hundreds of thousands of dollars in season purse! Many forms of media have committed to cover the MIROCK Series and the list continues to grow each year as the popularity of the series has gained even more attention. With the diverse MIROCK class structure, the event appeals to novice fans and the hardcore fans and the MIROCK Media Partners are there to cover all the action. The best bike builders, riders, and grudge racers in the country come to MIROCK to lay their claim as the best of the best. WorldCup Finals Import VS Domestic, plus Car Show
- The famous Annual Import vs. Domestic battle for the World Championship will take place at Maryland International Raceway and is now a three-day event. The World Cup Finals features a custom car show, bikini contest, a huge vendor midway, DJs, live bands, and of course import vs. domestic drag racing! With over 10,000 people in attendance every year the WCF has become a event phenomenon on the east coast! Over 600 drag racers compete ever year in ten different classes to bring you side by side action of every type of genre in drag racing with the top cars from virtually every sanctioning body and series in the country! Forget the trash talking, it's time to prove that these drivers has got what it takes, with each side putting their reputation and egos on the line! In the middle of the pit area is a huge custom car show that attracts over 500 beautiful cruisers, classics, hot rods, tuners, low riders, and exotics every year. The action in the car show on Sunday will be lit up all day by photographers snapping photos of flashy cars and beautiful women. Plus, one of the biggest attractions at the World Cup Finals is the famous bikini contest also held on Sunday with models strutting their stuff on the main stage! Also, be sure to check over 2000' of vendors on the vendor midway. You'll find all kinds of parts, accessories and other items for your Import and Domestic needs at year end prices!
