30 - 31 Annual Old Greenville Black Powder Rendezvous - Travel back in time to relive history as you see tepees, lodges and people in primitive dress. Smell the smoke of open campfires and freshly shot gunpowder. Enjoy riding to and from the event site in a wagon pulled by a team of mules. Traders will also be abundant with numerous hand-crafted items and other goods available for purchase. This event is located just off U.S. Highway 67 at the Greenville Recreation Area, two miles south of Greenville, Missouri.

7 - 8 Annual Old Greenville Days - This event is always held on the third weekend in September. It consist of arts/crasfts display, live bluegrass, gospel and country music, civil war and rendezvous encampments. It is done in partnership with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wayne County Historical Society, Peoples Community Bank, and Boy Scouts of America. It is free to attend.
